We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including Office & business cleaning, Strata building cleaning, Move-in & move-out cleaning. Cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We also provide deep cleaning for those areas that need extra attention, move-in/move-out cleaning to ensure a smooth transition, and specialty cleaning such as carpet cleaning and window washing. Additionally, we can create customized cleaning plans tailored to fit your specific needs and preferences.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Our products are effective in removing dirt, grime, and allergens without the use of harsh chemicals. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please let us know, and we can accommodate your needs.

How do I schedule a cleaning service?

Scheduling a cleaning service with us is easy! Fill out the form atleast a week ( 7 days before the cleaning dates needed). We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Once you contact us, we will work with you to find a convenient time for your cleaning service.

Do I need to be around during the cleaning service?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning service. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code to their building, allowing us to clean while they are at work or running errands. Rest assured, our team is trustworthy, professional, and respectful of your privacy. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too!

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right. We stand by our work and are committed to providing the highest quality cleaning services to ensure your home is spotless and you are happy with the results.

What is the Cancellation Policy of the Cleaning service?

We require 48 hours notice for standard cleanings cancellation this will prevent the last minute schedule gaps. If the Cancellation is after the notice window, we will be charging 50% of the service fee or a flat late- cancellation fee of $100 a valid compensation for the cleaners for the lost time.

If the cleaner is already on the way or arrives at the property, we will be charging 100% of the cleaning fee.

If the client give enough notice, we allow free reschedule on the next available spot.
